Investing in an investment plan is simple. We recommend that you read the detail associated with each plan to assess which best suits your needs and goals. Once you have chosen the plan that you want to invest in click on the Invest button.
The first time you invest in a plan you will need to answer a few questions so we can check that you understand the investment you are about to make and that it is a suitable form of investment for you. The FCA requires that we check clients have a sufficient understanding of the service they are about to use and are financial capable of bearing a loss in the event the investment returns a loss.
Upon completing the questions, which should only take a few minutes, you will be able to choose how much you want to invest in the given plan. The minimum you can invest per order is £1,000. There is no maximum. In order to invest in an investment plan you must have the funds in your account first. You can add funds to your Available Funds here.
After that you need to agree to the Terms and Conditions for Investment Plans. It is important you read this document and do agree with its terms before investing. Assuming you do agree, click the ‘Complete investment’ button and you are done. We will email you confirmation of your order and process it as quickly as possible.
You are welcome to invest in multiple plans if you wish, and you can make multiple orders in a plan over time. We process orders in the order that we receive them.
Currently, Investment Plans are only available for clients who have classified as High Net Worth or Sophisticated Investors. Investment Plans are a discretionary service whereby Property Partner will be making investment decisions on your behalf. You can read more about investor classification here. The FCA requires that we restrict the service in this way. We will be reviewing this on an ongoing basis and we welcome any feedback or input you may have. We hope to offer this or a similar service to all investors in the future provided that we can do so in line with applicable regulations.
Please note, you can also still pick your own investments on the marketplace whilst investing through an investment plan.
