Investment Plans are the simplest way to build your property portfolio. Choose a plan, set your investment amount, and watch your portfolio grow. There are three plans available designed to offer different return profiles. Return profiles are made up of two elements, dividend yield (rental income) and capital gain.
The return figures shown for each plan are, in our opinion, realistic forecasts of what we think is achievable. We base our forecast returns and investment decisions on a number of data points including independent chartered surveyor valuations, data from Knight Frank, JLL, CBRE and Savills to name a few. Our return forecasts are also net of costs and fees associated with using our platform, but before personal taxation. It’s important you take this into account when comparing our forecasts with those of other investment platforms. Gross figures, whilst a more impressive headline, will hide platform fees and other management costs.
We recommend that you read the detail associated with each plan to assess which best suits your needs and goals. Once you have chosen a plan and committed funds, we do the hard work for you and find the best deals available on our platform. We aim to deploy your funds as quickly as possible whilst following investment principles that ensure you get a fair price and a diversified portfolio. Once we have deployed your funds you will be able to track the progress of your investments on your Dashboard in My Portfolio. Dividends are paid monthly, just like any manual investments you make, and when you are ready you can list your shares for sale on our Resale Market.
Our standard 2% investment fee applies, but will only be applied once we have successfully deployed your funds. Investments made on the Resale Market are also subject to 0.5% Stamp Duty Tax. There are no additional costs for using this service.
