You can fund your Property Partner account via a bank transfer from your bank account.
To find your bank transfer details please log in and click on the Add Funds button. On a laptop or desktop, this can be found in the top right corner menu. On mobile, click on the menu icon, or use the button at the top of the screen.
Please ensure you use the reference number that is unique to your account. If you have opened an ISA account with Property Partner, you will have a unique reference for each of your General and ISA accounts. This ensures that the funds are added to the correct account.
We aim to complete all UK bank transfers within 2 hours, although this can vary depending on your bank.
International transfers may take several days to clear. If you fund your account in a currency other than GBP, your bank will convert the amounts at their specified exchange rate.
There is no minimum amount when making a bank transfer.
Previously, clients were able to add funds via debit card. We removed this feature on 16 August 2019. Given the efficiency and security of bank transfers, the convenience of offering debit card payments is now outweighed by their financial, compliance and regulatory costs. We have therefore decided to only use bank transfers and focus on making these as fast as possible.
