We may charge a Vendor Fee to property vendors where we have brought particular value to the vendor.
We buy at a size that is too big for many private investors, but under the radar of larger institutions. This, combined with our track record, bargaining power and pace to execute deals means we have something unique and valuable to offer vendors.
The vendor fee is in the range 0 - 2.5% + VAT of the purchase price depending on the circumstances of the transaction.
Please note that the sourcing fee and vendor fee combined shall not be more than 3.5% + VAT of the purchase price.
